We are looking for a Business Development Associate to lead our expansion efforts and drive growth in the solar energy sector. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to develop and implement growth strategies effectively. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. We are working on multiple business models, including RESCO / OPEX, Open Access Model, and CAPEX, catering to industries like hotels, universities, residential schools & colleges, factories, cold storage facilities, etc.
