Business Development Associate – IT Sales

About Company: Zigsaw is a leading IT sales company operating in the None industry. We offer a wide range of business solutions and products to our clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our offerings, services, and products.
- Qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails to introduce our company and services.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Create customized product solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
- Proactively explore new business opportunities in the market.
- Facilitate meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives.
- Provide regular sales reports to the Business Development Manager.
- Stay updated with new product offerings, pricing, and payment plans.
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calls.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Office Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Monthly Paid Leaves: 2
