Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Associate. You will be responsible for gathering customer travel requirements

and create a boutique itinerary in order to make client's traveling arrangements hassle-free. The goal is to enhance satisfaction and

acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Job Responsibilities and Duties


• Studying thouroughly regarding travel destinations (as per the team allocation)


• Working on the sales pitch with the guidance of respective manager


• Engaging with customers to gather information regarding their travel preferences and expectations


• Customizing boutique itinerary as per the requirements gathered


• Making the required changes as per customer suggestions


• Regularly following up with all the customers in the pipeline to assist in finalizing their travel plans


• Actively working on feedbacks provided by the manager and team lead


• Working towards chasing the lead-to-sales conversion % and sales targets defined by the manager

Job Requirements


• Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or any other Graduation degree


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment


• Prior experience in travel or sales is a plus


• Prior track record of meeting/exceeding your targets is a plus
