About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into successful bookings, handling student queries, ensuring smooth pre-arrival support, and maintaining excellent student relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities:

Convert assigned leads into successful accommodation bookings through effective communication and follow-ups.

Handle student queries related to accommodation options, contracts, payments, and policies.

Provide pre-arrival assistance to students, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions, bookings, and status in the CRM system.

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly conversion targets and performance goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of student concerns.


Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (verbal and written).

Strong ability to build trust and rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in sales, student housing, or education services will be an advantage.
