**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Excel Management**:

- Quickly update, maintain, and analyze various spreadsheets and databases to support critical business functions.
- Maintain Data and Generate reports in Excel.
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy and consistency in all operational data.
- **Staff Coordination**:

- Coordinate with teams to gather necessary information and facilitate effective workflow.
- Support in scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on tasks.
- Support strategic initiatives aimed at driving business performance.
- Handle other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn and grow.
