**Job Title-**_**Process Associate (Inhouse Allocator)**_

**Job details-**
- Managing the work/projects received by the Business development teams from the start till the end procedure.
- Getting the work/ projects completed from the initial to the end process.
- Managing the work with the in house professionals and associates.
- Responsible for the work/projects received.

**Skills-**
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of English grammar.
- Good Managerial skills.
- Basic knowledge of writing and content creation.

**Eligibility-**
- Employee has to work with their own laptop for which they will receive Laptop allowance.
- **Job type**:Office job
- full time [**No WFH or freelancing**]
- **Shift**:Flexible shift hours
- **Work days**:6 days Monday -Saturday
- **Salary**:2.2 LPA + Laptop allowance +Incentives (variable) (15k-16K in month)
- **Benefits**:Group health allowance of 2 lacs
- **Office Location**:Ganga Heights (2nd Floor), Gandhi Nagar More, Tonk Road, Jaipur (Near Moti Sons Jewellers)
- Interview process:
1. Initial HR Round

2. Managerial Round

3. Final HR Round

**Note**: Have to be available after office hours and on weekends as per work urgency and requirement.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
