**Job Title**: Process Associate (International voice process)

**Location**: Jaipur

**Shift timing**: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM [ 5 days working (Sat-Sun off)]

**Salary**:

- 18K CTC to 20K CTC for fresher
- 21K CTC to 24K CTC for experienced
- Making outbound calls to the US to check Claim status., Handling denials, and Patient Eligibility.
- To check Insurance Follow-up
- Meet the Productivity and Quality targets within the stipulated time

**Qualification**: Graduates in any Discipline (other than BTECH pursuing and BTECH 2022)

**Skills Required**:

- Good Analytical Skills
- Computer Savvy
- Good Listening Skills
- Good Command of English (Oral & Written)
- Flexible to work in Shifts

**Interview Timing**: (Walk in) Monday - Friday between 11:00 AM - 05:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

**Experience**:
