**Job Summary**:
The Process Associate will be responsible for executing and monitoring key business processes to ensure they are carried out efficiently and accurately. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Execute and monitor business processes in accordance with SOPs.
Collect and analyze data to ensure process accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and report process discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth process flow.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Train new employees on process standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of business operations. By ensuring processes are followed correctly, a process associate helps the company achieve its operational goals and maintain high standards of quality and service
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
