**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day business operations and process-related activities.
- Manage and maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned tasks as per process guidelines.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Maintain quality and compliance standards in all assigned processes.
- Prepare and analyze data for performance tracking and reporting.
- Support senior team members in achieving process-related goals.
- Handle customer or client queries professionally, if required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Strong **communication, analytical, and organizational** skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Prior experience in **operations, data processing, or back-office roles** is a plus.
