**Business Associate Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact to address client needs and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop strategies to expand the client base.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective clients.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer demands.
- Analyze competitor strategies and suggest improvements.
- Generate insights for business growth and decision-making.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver services or products efficiently.
- Ensure that client requirements are clearly communicated to the respective departments.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain records of client interactions, project status, and performance metrics.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest action plans.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure all business operations comply with regulations and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively.
- **Support and Training**:

- Provide training to junior team members if required.
- Assist clients with product or service-related issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
