**Operations Associate (eCommerce)**As an Operations Associate you will look after end to end eCommerce operations and operations support. The role will be responsible for monitoring back-end processes, such as customer service, logistics, inventory planning and finance management.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Support the eCommerce operations team in day to day businesses in order management, shipment, payment, logistics and customer service.
- Monitor and resolve any frictions in the order flow.
- Create reporting on all relevant Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
- Maintain accurate records for all operational activities, including returns, shipments, and inventory.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of USA tax returns.
- Support management within the responsibility area by playing an active role in eCommerce operations
- Assisting the logistics partner in planning and scheduling delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a CA Intermediate student.
- Prior experience in operations, tax filing, or client management (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of the accountancy and related terms.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of eCommerce operations process

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
