About the Role:

We are seeking for an Operations Associate to continuously monitor property daily operations and collaborate with onshore teams to support key business operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a background in operations, property management, or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor property performance and provide insights for improvement

Collaborate with the onshore team to support delinquency tracking and make-ready dashboards

Ensure completion of tasks by coordinating with team members and stakeholders

Oversee and manage projects as needed

Maintain consistent communication with clients and their agents onshore

Identify areas of opportunity and process improvement within property management

Conduct audits across all aspects of operations management

Evening shift 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles

Excellent time management and attention to detail

Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality with company and partner data

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher (Business, Finance and Technology)

Experience in operations or technical operations

Proven experience in driving process improvement
