Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate at , based in Jaipur. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, supporting organizational effectiveness, and enhancing customer experiences. Tasks include managing itineraries, coordinating with partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves data management, reporting, and utilizing AI tools to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Operational Skills, including itinerary management and coordination
  • Data Management and Reporting skills
  • Familiarity with AI Tools and Technologies is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is beneficial
