Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a
Construction Manager (Finishing & Execution)
located in
Mohali District
.

The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of high-rise residential projects, ensuring that all
finishing and execution activities
are carried out safely, efficiently, and within timelines.

Responsibilities include supervising finishing works, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors, ensuring material planning and quality control, monitoring labour productivity, and maintaining project schedules as per company standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong
    Supervisory and Team-Handling Skills
    to lead site teams and subcontractors.
  • Expertise in
    Finishing & Execution
    works — plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and interior finishes.
  • Knowledge of
    Construction Safety
    standards and site compliance.
  • Experience in
    Planning, Scheduling, and Progress Monitoring
    for residential or high-rise projects.
  • Strong
    problem-solving, coordination, and organizational skills
    .
  • Ability to
    read and interpret drawings/BOQs
    and ensure implementation as per specifications.
  • Effective
    communication and reporting skills
    for coordination with engineers, vendors, and management.
  • Education:
    Minimum 10th or 12th pass;
    Diploma or Graduate in Civil/Construction
    preferred.
  • Experience:
    12–15 years in construction, including
    4–5 years with a Builder/Developer firm
    on high-rise residential projects.
  • Location Preference:
    Candidates from
    Mohali, Chandigarh, or Panchkula
    or with prior work experience in these areas.
