1. Site Management & Coordination

  • Oversee day-to-day interior construction and installation activities at the site.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Plan and schedule tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Ensure site readiness, availability of materials, and proper manpower allocation.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

  • Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and finishes to meet design and industry standards. Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and resolve quality issues quickly.

3. Project Execution & Technical Oversight

  • Interpret interior design drawings, architectural plans, and technical specifications.
  • Guide teams on carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
  • Ensure precise and timely installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues during execution.

4. Safety & Regulatory Adherence

  • Implement and monitor site safety protocols.
  • Conduct safety briefings for workers and maintain a hazard-free site.

5. Communication & Reporting

  • Serve as the point of contact between the client, design team, project managers, and contractors.
  • Update design team on every day site progress, delays, risks, and resource needs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports, site logs, and documentation.

6. Resource & Inventory Management

  • Track material delivery, usage, and stock levels.
  • Raise requests for additional materials or manpower when required.
  • Prevent material wastage and ensure efficient resource use.

7. Problem-Solving & Conflict Management

  • Address on-site challenges promptly (design discrepancies, labor issues, technical conflicts).
  • Manage interpersonal conflicts among workers or contractors professionally.
  • Propose practical solutions to maintain project flow.

8. Client Interaction & Satisfaction

  • Assist in client site visits, walkthroughs, and progress reviews.
  • Understand client feedback and coordinate corrections or adjustments.
  • Ensure final deliverables align with client expectations.

9. Final Handover & Closure

  • Support the snagging and de-snagging process.
  • Ensure all interior works are completed to the required specification before handover.
  • Oversee cleaning, finishing touches, and final inspections.
