Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end accounting and maintain all company financial files and records.
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and manage all vendor and other payments.
  • Prepare complete financial statements of the company from the Trial Balance level, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with Statutory Auditors for timely completion of annual audits.
  • Coordinate with the Company Secretary for matters related to MCA regulations and filings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns including Income Tax, TDS, GST, Professional Tax (PT), etc.
  • Prepare and issue Form 16/ Form 16A to employees and vendors.
  • Conduct all necessary verifications and checks before processing payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare Monthly MIS reports in PowerPoint (PPT) format summarizing financial activities and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance with CA or CA Inter
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end accounting and finance management, preferably in a small or medium enterprise.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT, and other statutory compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
