JD for Assitant Manager - Admission Counsellor

● Manage daily operations of the Admission counselors on a campus along with the manager, set processes, SOPs, and suggest marketing activities to the management to increase admissions

● Support students one-on-one in their application process, selection of courses, and meeting application deadlines. Provide them with information about financial aid, scholarships, programs...

● Counselling for all programs offered by CMRU

● Counselling Students for admissions.

● Follow up for payment for registration and subsequent instalment payment.

Review the student's application for eligibility and academic qualification.

● Maintaining the admitted students' database. Work on ERP platforms for student onboarding.

● Should be hands-on with Google Suite (Google Docs, Forms, Sheets, etc.)

● Proficient in Marketing (ATL & BTL) activities. Strategise the activities, and introduce best practices for the same

● Manage the walk-in process, Video counselling sessions and hospitality of the students in the campus.

Proficiency in Kannada language (speaking) is preferable, and Knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

Candidate should be willing to take up marketing-related field work in addition to admission counselling work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
