Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented
Assistant Sales Manager
with a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in
construction
. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations to convert prospects into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience from enquiry to booking.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in construction industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Bangalore's real estate and construction market will be an added advantage.
