Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Process Administrator. The Process Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing operational processes, managing customer relations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing training to team members. Day-to-day tasks will include data analysis, process documentation, and coordination with various departments to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and ability to manage and interpret data effectively
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service skills for managing client relationships
- Experience in Training and guiding team members
- Sales skills to support business development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant software and technologies
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
