DocuSign Administrator

We are seeking an experienced DocuSign Administrator to manage and optimize our electronic signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, including API integrations, scripting, and process automation. This role is critical to ensuring seamless operations, efficient workflows, and integration of DocuSign with other enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. DocuSign Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the DocuSign platform, including user provisioning, permissions, and template management. 2. API Integration: Develop, implement, and maintain integrations between DocuSign and other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs to streamline workflows. 3. CLM Implementation: Oversee the configuration and optimization of DocuSign CLM to support contract lifecycle management processes, including workflow design and approval automation. 4. Scripting and Automation: Create and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks, enhance platform functionality, and improve process efficiency. 5. Platform Optimization: Analyze current DocuSign processes and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and business outcomes. 6. Security and Compliance: Ensure DocuSign usage complies with organizational security policies and industry regulations, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data. 7. Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues and ensuring effective adoption of DocuSign features. 8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, scripts, and processes; generate reports to track usage, performance, and ROI of the DocuSign platform.
