Key Account Manager

Position Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Mumbai | Company: Crystal Group

CTC: 08 to 10 lacs

Preference: Cold Chain Industry background

Job Overview:

Crystal Logistics is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow our

relationships within the Pharma and Frozen Food industries. This role requires a deep

understanding of the cold chain industry and a strong track record in account management.

The Key Account Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies

to meet and exceed revenue targets while providing excellent customer service to our key

clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Customer Solutions: Ensure complete responsibility for providing end-to-end solutions to meet customer satisfaction, addressing operational issues, resolving problems, ensuring timely receipt of payments, and driving revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage and nurture key accounts in the Pharma and Frozen Food sectors, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for business growth and work to expand our presence in these industries.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored reefer container solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of services and products.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key accounts to secure deals and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to ensure customer satisfaction and account retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in account management, ideally within the cold chain industry, with a focus on Pharma and Frozen Food.
  • Industry Connections: Established relationships with key decision-makers in Pharma and Frozen Food companies, including Engineering, Purchase, Warehousing, Plant Management, and Supply Chain.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of cold chain products and services, including air, sea, road, and storage solutions.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent experience in a related field.
