Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection agents to meet and exceed performance targets.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs such as call quality, resolution rates, and collection targets.

Training & Development: Provide coaching, training, and feedback to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.

Debt Collection Strategy: Implement effective debt collection strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Customer Interaction Oversight: Ensure that agents handle customer interactions professionally, addressing concerns while focusing on debt recovery.

Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting team achievements, areas for improvement, and strategies for success.

Conflict Resolution: Address escalated customer issues and work with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements in collection processes to optimize efficiency.

Note : We are seeking someone who's from In- house collection ( PL ) background with strong team handling experience and good in English & Hindi communication
