About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven
Outbound Sales & Data Research Executive
to join our Tookan team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound prospecting, strong skills in data extraction using industry tools, and a good grasp of Google Sheets & Excel for managing and analyzing lead data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
- Use outbound tools and platforms to extract relevant company and contact data based on industry type.
- Maintain and organize lead data in Google Sheets/Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Support the sales team in setting up demos and follow-ups with prospects.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new outbound tools and strategies to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum
6 months of experience
in outbound sales, lead generation, or data research. - Basic knowledge of
Google Sheets & Excel
(sorting, filtering, basic formulas). - Familiarity with outbound data tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
