Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Sales Executive to join our travel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages, customizing itineraries as per client needs, and ensuring excellent service delivery from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound holiday inquiries via calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable domestic/international holiday packages.
- Prepare and share customized itineraries, quotations, and travel plans.
- Maintain knowledge of destinations, hotels, airlines, and current travel trends.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and DMCs for bookings and confirmations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth travel experiences.
- Keep updated with promotions, offers, and new travel destinations.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in holiday or travel sales.
- Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
