We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US Sales Executive to join our travel process team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, converting travel inquiries into sales, and providing exceptional customer service to clients based in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for flight, hotel, and holiday bookings for US-based customers.
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Provide fare quotations, travel itineraries, and travel-related solutions as per customer needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo), and travel industry trends.
  • Handle customer queries, cancellations, reissues, and refunds professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in US Travel Sales (International process).
  • Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel products effectively.
  • Good knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, and ticketing processes.
  • Target-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality.
  • Must be willing to work night shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
