About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated
Sales and Marketing Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and developing creative marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Promote the company's products/services to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Follow up on leads, handle customer inquiries, and ensure excellent after-sales service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about sales and marketing.
