Developing proper business relationships with client's project information for residential

plots, commercial and Villas properties.

· Lead Generation from Activity, Online Marketing, Calling.

· Understanding the client need and converting in appropriate projects

· Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with

new customers and brokers.

· Attend weekly sales meetings and achieving targets.

· Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, offers

and new project release launches.

· Report on sales activities to reporting manager and management.

· Reaching the targets and goals set for you.

· Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base and Broker network.

· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

· Collecting customer feedback and market research.

· Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
