We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote the institute's courses, generate leads, and increase admissions through both online and offline marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be creative, self-motivated, and capable of building strong relationships with students, parents, and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Promotion

  2. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses and services.

  3. Generate leads through online and offline sources (social media, referrals, colleges, field visits, etc.).
  4. Visit colleges, coaching centers, and business hubs to build awareness about the institute.
  5. Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional events to attract potential students.

  6. Manage flyer distribution, banner placements, and local marketing activities.

  7. Digital & Social Media Marketing

  8. Assist in managing social media pages, posts, and paid promotions.

  9. Support in creating digital content, videos, and online campaigns.

  10. Work with the digital team to improve online visibility and engagement.

  11. Branding & Partnerships

  12. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and local businesses for collaboration.

  13. Support the management in developing branding strategies and marketing materials.

  14. Reporting & Coordination

  15. Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversion data in CRM or Excel.

  16. Coordinate with the telecalling and counseling teams for student follow-ups.
  17. Prepare and submit weekly marketing reports and performance updates.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good presentation and networking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to manage field marketing activities and outdoor promotions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in marketing, sales, or education promotion.
  • Freshers with strong communication and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
