We are seeking a Sales Executive who is passionate about healthcare and confident in handling client inquiries. The ideal candidate will manage patient leads, explain treatment options, and ensure smooth conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads from social media, ads, and WhatsApp into confirmed consultations.
  • Provide detailed information on procedures and post-care guidance.
  • Maintain and update patient database & follow-ups in CRM.
  • Support marketing campaigns, outreach, and partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate between patients and clinic operations team for appointments.
  • Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (marketing/healthcare preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Counselling, or Healthcare Marketing.
  • Fluent communication in English & Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a professional appearance.
