Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our dynamic team at Aspire Next Academy Pvt Ltd.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to students, explaining our Aspire Next Scholarship Test, assisting them through the complete registration process, and ensuring that weekly and monthly targets are achieved successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Call and connect with students to explain the Aspire Next Scholarship Test and its benefits.

Guide students through the complete registration and application process.

Maintain regular follow-up with interested students until registration is completed.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission/scholarship targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM.

Provide clear and professional communication while addressing student queries.

Collaborate with the team to develop and execute outreach strategies for better conversion rates.

Requirements

Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).

Excellent communication skills (Telugu, English Mandatory).

Strong persuasion and convincing skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.

Basic computer and MS Office/Google Sheets knowledge.

Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales is an added advantage.
