Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - US Non-IT Recruitment

Location: Raidurg, Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in the US Non-IT sector. Develop strategies to approach and engage with these clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead Generation and Follow-Up: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Follow up on leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Ensure all agreements are in line with company policies and objectives.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform business development strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key business development metrics. Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in customer service and international calling
- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in handling US clients and understanding of the US job market.
- Must work in night shifts
