**Position**: US Non-IT Recruiter
**Location**: Hyderabad (On-site)
**Experience**: 2-6 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future roles.
- Negotiate job offers and support onboarding activities including documentation, reference checks, and background verification.
- Keep ATS and recruitment reports updated and accurate.
- Stay current with labor market trends and adapt hiring strategies accordingly.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- 2-6 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong domain knowledge in recruiting for Light Industrial, Telecom, Engineering, Automobile, and Manufacturing roles.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
- Understanding of US hiring laws and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptive to shifting priorities and fast-paced work environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
