We're growing fast and looking for a
Business Development Manager
who can open doors, build strong relationships, and help us take UrekaBox into the hands of brands, warehouses, and 3PLs that need it most.

What You'll Do

  • Identify & Target
    potential customers in eCommerce, D2C, 3PL, and supply chain sectors
  • Build Relationships
    with decision-makers and influencers—be the trusted partner they rely on
  • Pitch & Demo
    UrekaBox to prospects, highlighting our USP and solving their pain points
  • Own the Pipeline
    from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent sales growth
  • Collaborate with Product & Marketing
    to refine messaging based on market feedback
  • Stay Ahead
    of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts in logistics tech
  • Represent UrekaBox
    at virtual events, webinars, and relevant industry communities

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years total experience
    in business development or sales, with
    minimum 3 years as a BDM
    in SaaS
  • Logistics tech / Supply Chain SaaS experience preferred
  • Any graduation is acceptable, but
    B.Tech, BBA, or BCA
    backgrounds are preferred
  • Strong English communication skills—both written & verbal
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in solution-based selling, especially to B2B clients
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly understand SaaS platforms & integrations

Work Schedule

  • Flexible working hours
    (deliverables-focused) within a
    9-hour daily shift
  • Monday to Saturday
    , with
    weekly off on Sundays
