We're growing fast and looking for a
Business Development Manager
who can open doors, build strong relationships, and help us take UrekaBox into the hands of brands, warehouses, and 3PLs that need it most.
What You'll Do
- Identify & Target
potential customers in eCommerce, D2C, 3PL, and supply chain sectors - Build Relationships
with decision-makers and influencers—be the trusted partner they rely on - Pitch & Demo
UrekaBox to prospects, highlighting our USP and solving their pain points - Own the Pipeline
from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent sales growth - Collaborate with Product & Marketing
to refine messaging based on market feedback - Stay Ahead
of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market shifts in logistics tech - Represent UrekaBox
at virtual events, webinars, and relevant industry communities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years total experience
in business development or sales, with
minimum 3 years as a BDM
in SaaS - Logistics tech / Supply Chain SaaS experience preferred
- Any graduation is acceptable, but
B.Tech, BBA, or BCA
backgrounds are preferred - Strong English communication skills—both written & verbal
- Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in solution-based selling, especially to B2B clients
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly understand SaaS platforms & integrations
Work Schedule
- Flexible working hours
(deliverables-focused) within a
9-hour daily shift - Monday to Saturday
, with
weekly off on Sundays
