Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production.
- Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and its techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology.
- High standards of quality and attention to detail.
