**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as naan, roti, kebabs, chicken tikka, paneer tikka, tandoori chicken, and other grilled items.
- Operate and maintain tandoor ovens, ensuring optimal cooking temperatures and conditions.
- Marinate meats and vegetables using authentic spices and recipes.
- Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all tandoor dishes.
- Monitor inventory and assist in ordering fresh ingredients and spices.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards in food preparation and kitchen cleanliness.
- Assist in training junior kitchen staff on tandoor techniques and safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role in an Indian restaurant or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques and Indian spices.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to work long hours in a hot kitchen environment.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (preferred but not required).

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time or part-time positions available.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required.
- Standing for long periods and working near high-heat equipment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
