Job Description:
As a Sales Executive at HCO Real Estates, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for real estate and a desire to excel in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Present and promote HCO Real Estates' properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits, providing detailed information and answering client queries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1- 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
