Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in New Delhi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, including managing inventory and supply chain processes, supervising staff to ensure smooth workflow, and analyzing key business metrics to optimize performance. This role also involves coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring alignment between organizational goals and day-to-day processes in a dynamic retail and distribution environment.

Qualifications

  • Operational Management: Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory control, and process efficiency.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Ability to lead, train, and manage teams in a results-driven environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making based on KPIs and metrics.
  • Vendor Coordination: Experience in managing relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely procurement and delivery.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to coordinate across departments effectively.
  • Proficiency in Tools: Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Excel, or other inventory management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced certifications in a related area are a plus.
  • Experience in the home decor or retail industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
