Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our beauty products manufacturing/distribution facility in Okhla Phase 3. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing production, inventory, logistics, and team coordination in the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across production, packaging, and dispatch departments.
- Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Manage procurement of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and minimize wastage.
- Supervise operational staff, assign tasks, and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Work closely with quality control and R&D teams to maintain product quality.
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle logistics coordination for timely delivery to distributors, salons, and e-commerce partners.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of supply chain and production processes in the beauty industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16, ₹61,405.00 per month
