Commercial Strategy Lead

Roles & Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy Lead will be responsible for shaping and validating the financial and strategic structure of high-value deals
- Ensures alignment between business goals and client expectations driving deal success through cross-functional collaboration
- Lead bid/no-bid decisions in collaboration with vertical and market teams
- Design & validate pricing models & ensure financial constructs meet internal benchmarks and approval thresholds
- Prepare and present deal documentation for internal review boards
- Maintain deal artifacts including Business Case Analysis Deal Summary Decks and Qualification Checklists
- Ensure alignment across all functions and resolve conflicts proactively
- Must have skill set Should have experience in Deal Strategy, Pricing & Financial Structuring
- Experience in shaping and validating the financial and strategic structure of deals
- Experience in Stakeholder management, Risk & Documentation Management
- Analyze deal scope client context and competitive positioning
- Maintain audit-ready records of deal decisions and financial assumptions
