We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive professional to join our team as a Pre Sales Consultant -Contact Centre Solution . The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our cutting-edge contact centre and customer engagement solutions to potential clients across various industries. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of contact centre operations, and the ability to translate technology into business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting solution capabilities and ROI.
- Collaborate with the sales and presales teams to prepare customized demos and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Engage with decision-makers to understand customer pain points and position the right solution components.
- Support marketing and sales events (webinars, exhibitions, roadshows) by representing the companys solutions.
- Gather client feedback to help improve demo content and product positioning.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape in the contact centre domain.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 48 years of experience in a contact centre environment, ideally as a Supervisor, Manager, or Team Leader.
- Prior exposure to solution selling, presales, or training roles is an advantage.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- Proficiency in CRM and contact centre technologies (Omnichannel, IVR, ACD, Dialer, etc.) preferred.
- Proficiency in genesys,avaya,enghouse preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

- Tech-savvy with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within the region for client meetings.
