Employee Share Purchase Plan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative ESPP Administrator to support the global execution of our Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP). This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across payroll, legal, HR, and communications teams, and in delivering a seamless experience for employees participating in the plan.
Key Responsibilities
Global Program Management
- Support the global administration and implementation of the ESPP across multiple countries including, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local requirements.
- Lead country-level implementation in partnership with regional HR and payroll teams and global ESPP leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax requirements and anti-discrimination regulations.
- Coordinate with global ESPP leader to ensure consistency, accuracy and standardization across all regions.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Facilitate weekly and biweekly meetings with local payroll and HR teams to define eligible earnings and deduction codes.
- Partner with legal and HR teams to refine eligibility criteria and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with regional HR leads to develop toolkits and educational materials for local implementation.
Data & Reporting
- Leverage the global human resources function and and automated file feeds to streamline administrative tasks and ensure accurate, efficient data integration and automated data flows.
- Maintain accurate records and support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.
Communications Coordination
- Distribute multilingual communications including program announcements, enrollment reminders, FAQs, and tax guides.
- Provide guidance on country-specific messaging to ensure relevance and compliance.
- Coordinate timings with local teams for Fidelity webinars and educational sessions.
- Ensure consistent messaging across HR and management teams globally.
Meeting Leadership
- Weekly ESPP Planning Meetings
- Country-specific payroll coordination sessions
- Communications touchpoints with HR and internal comms teams
*Qualifications for Internal Candidates
Qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in equity compensation, benefits administration, or payroll coordination.
- 1-2 years of experience managing an ESPP (preferred)
- Strong understanding of international payroll systems and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
