Job Title : Business Head – Artify 360
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Head to lead Artify360, our enterprise HRMS product. The role involves managing the overall business strategy, driving enterprise application development, business growth, and market expansion across India and GCC.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Leadership
- Define and execute the business strategy for Artify360 across India, GCC, and emerging markets.
- Own P&L responsibility and ensure revenue growth and profitability.
- Drive product adoption, partnerships, and expansion into new geographies.
2. Enterprise Application Development & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end enterprise application development and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with the product, development, and QA teams to maintain product innovation and competitiveness.
- Ensure alignment of technology roadmap with customer needs and industry trends.
3. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities with enterprises, government bodies, and channel partners.
- Build strategic alliances and partnerships for product distribution.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new features and product releases.
4. Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient onboarding, training, and support.
- Build long-term client relationships with enterprise customers.
5. Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, technology, and customer success.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams to achieve business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in enterprise software/HRMS/SaaS/ERP business leadership.
- Proven expertise in business development and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
