About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Operations Executive with prior experience in the hotel, travel agency, or corporate travel desk industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end travel and accommodation requirements for our clients, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day bookings for hotels and car rentals as per client requirements.
  • Source suitable hotel options and negotiate the best available rates.
  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and car rental agencies for reservations.
  • Ensure timely confirmation of bookings and share details with clients.
  • Process payments through the accounts team and ensure accurate billing.
  • Follow up with hotels/agencies for invoices post checkout.
  • Maintain updated records of bookings, vendor contracts, and client preferences.
  • Provide quick resolution to any booking-related queries or issues.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Travel background preferred).
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in travel agencies, corporate travel desks, or hotel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel bookings, car rental coordination, and vendor management.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and client service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
