We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Onboarding & Support Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer onboarding and support, with a strong background in handling night shift operations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer onboarding and support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
- Familiarity with hospitality-specific software and systems is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all customer interactions.
