Sales
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle—lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

Marketing

  • Create and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, etc.).
  • Plan and execute product launches, promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop branding, advertising, and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors for marketing initiatives.
  • Track and evaluate ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Behavioral Skills

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.

Other Specific Requirements

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in local languages (Kannada / Hindi).

Preferred Industrial Background

  • Sheet Metal or Engineering Industry (Manufacturing).
