We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Manager (BDM)
to lead our
sales and client acquisition strategies in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record in
IT service-based sales, international client handling, and
building long-term partnerships
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in
international markets - USA, Canada, North America, and Europe
. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and
- offering suitable IT service solutions.
- Lead
end-to-end sales cycle
including prospecting, proposal preparation, - negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and
- seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and revenue forecasts to
- management.
- Explore new avenues for growth, including partnerships, alliances, and market
- expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Overall
6–10 years of experience
with at least
5–6 years in IT service-based - business development
. - Strong background in
selling IT services (web, mobile, cloud, enterprise - solutions, etc.)
. - Proven track record in
international client handling, bidding platforms, lead - generation, and closing deals
. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and execute growth-driven sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Experience in working with CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales reporting.
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related
