The Role

This is a practical, coordination-heavy role at the heart of PwrPup's daily operations. You will be responsible for scheduling, managing our walker team, resolving client requests, and ensuring smooth service delivery across all walks.

You will work directly with the founder, gain first-hand experience in running a high-trust service business, and grow into a leadership position as we expand.

What You Will Do

Operations and Scheduling

  • Plan and coordinate daily walk schedules for our walker team.

  • Manage last-minute changes or absences calmly and efficiently.

  • Maintain clear, real-time communication between clients, walkers, and management.

Team and Quality Oversight

  • Onboard and train new walkers to uphold PwrPup's standards for safety, punctuality, and communication.

  • Conduct on-field quality checks and performance reviews.

  • Encourage accountability and teamwork within the operations team.

Client Experience and Administration

  • Handle client bookings, feedback, and queries with empathy and professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate operational and payment records.

  • Prepare weekly summaries to track activity and outcomes.

What You Will Bring

  • One to three years
    of experience in operations, logistics, or team coordination (experience in companies such as Swiggy, Zomato, Dunzo, or Urban Company is a plus).

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.

  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and other basic digital tools.

  • A
    genuine love for dogs
    and a strong sense of responsibility toward pet care.

Location Requirement

Due to the field-based nature of this role,
only candidates residing in or very near Bandra, Khar, or Santacruz West will be considered.

Daily familiarity with these neighbourhoods is essential for effective on-ground coordination and rapid response to client or walker needs.
