Job Title: Operation and MIS Executive

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Operations & MIS Executive
who will manage day-to-day operational activities, maintain accurate data records, oversee reporting, and ensure smooth internal workflow. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in
Google Sheets
, the
complete Google Workspace (G-Suite)
ecosystem, and basic IT operational tasks such as
email ID creation and user management
.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Manage and streamline daily operational processes across departments.
  • Maintain and update internal databases, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate inter-team communication and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Assist in documentation, SOP creation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Handle onboarding operations such as email ID creation, folder access permissions, and system setup for new employees.

MIS & Reporting

  • Create, maintain, and automate reports using
    Google Sheets
    (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and performance trackers for various teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports and systems.
  • Extract data from various sources and prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for leadership review.
  • Identify data discrepancies, perform audits, and suggest corrective actions.

Google Suite Administration

  • Manage email IDs, groups, and user accounts via Google Admin Panel.
  • Maintain shared drives and manage folder permission structures.
  • Troubleshoot basic Google Workspace issues for team members.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data management and security protocols.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience
    in Operations, MIS, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Google Sheets
    (advanced formulas preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Google Workspace tools
    — Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Drive, Admin Console, etc.
  • Basic IT knowledge — email creation, access provisioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

  • Experience in automation tools like Apps Script or Zapier.
  • Knowledge of CRM, LMS, or ERP systems.
  • Ability to create SOPs and optimize operational workflows.
