Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee after-sales operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and timely resolution of any post-sale concerns.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring efficient execution of services while adhering to timelines.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure optimal pricing and maintain cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes, ensuring smooth workflow and high levels of efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior operations management to support day-to-day business functions.
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Shiprocket and Shopify is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
