We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive Jr. to join our team at White Background Studio If you have a passion for effective communication, exceptional interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, stress and time management skills, and a knack for client interaction and relationship management, then this role is perfect for you. As a Client Servicing Executive- Jr., you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients.
  • Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Manage campaign and end-to-end execution of the same
  • Coordinate with partners and vendors for daily tasks
  • Follow-up for payments and generate invoices.
